A CALL FOR RECIPES

VOLUME lll, CHILOQUIN HISTORICAL COOKBOOK

The Friends of the Chiloquin Library are beginning to collect the
recipes and more of Chiloquin's history for a Third Volume of our
Historical Cookbook. In Volume lll we will emphasize healthful eating,
the use of fresh, local, ingredients when possible, and foods that give
pleasure while preparing as well as while eating.

Send as many recipes as you like; the
committee will edit and test recipes to determine which to include. We
also welcome any comments you have on a recipe's source, history or
particular attributes…we think they add a nice "flavor".*
