The Chiloquin-Agency Lake Rural Fire Protection District has three stations – Chiloquin, Agency Lake and Sprague River.
On July 1st, 2016 Chiloquin Volunteer Ambulance joined forces with Chiloquin-Agency Lake Rural Fire Protection District to form Chiloquin Fire & Rescue.
