Pat Lanctot began this Chiloquin.com website several years ago. Pat passed away on Christmas Day 2013, and Joan has taken it over. Pat was a stickler for purely writing in html code, however Joan took one look at the 6 inch thick html manual and decided to take a different route.
With all the options available for website construction these days it took some research but finally the choice was made to go with a WordPress site. Taking an online course helped immensely, but still this is a new venture and learning experience for Joan. So it will be a while before this site is in it’s final form, that right now is only a vision in Joan’s mind.
So as Joan sits glued to a laptop on a wintry day, her husband Richard has written a new song, a commentary on this state of affairs. Listen to it here… Electronically
